📦 Orders

When will my order be dispatched?

Every Pocket Dial case is made to order.

Production usually takes 2–5 business days, after which your order is shipped.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't entered production yet, we'll do our best to help.

Because our products are made to order, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you've made a mistake.

I entered the wrong shipping address

If your order hasn't entered production, we'll update your address where possible.

If your order has already been shipped or returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your parcel.

How long does delivery take?

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and begin after production is complete. Times are estimates and can vary during busy periods.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

If you haven't received your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

My parcel hasn't arrived

If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us with your order number.

We'll investigate with the shipping carrier and keep you updated.

What are Pocket Dial tough cases made from?

Our tough cases use an impact-resistant polycarbonate outer shell and a shock-absorbing TPU inner liner. The dual-layer construction and raised edges help protect against everyday bumps and scratches.

Are Pocket Dial cases protective?

Yes.

Our premium cases are designed to provide reliable everyday protection against bumps, scratches and everyday wear while maintaining a slim, stylish profile.

Do your cases support wireless charging?

Yes.

Our standard tough cases are compatible with most Qi wireless chargers without removing the case. Charger performance can vary by device and charger.

Are Pocket Dial cases MagSafe compatible?

Wireless charging compatibility and MagSafe compatibility are not the same. Unless a product is explicitly described as MagSafe compatible, compatibility with MagSafe chargers and accessories is not guaranteed.

Which iPhone models do you support?

We currently offer cases for selected models in the:

  • iPhone 15 Series

  • iPhone 16 Series

  • iPhone 17 Series

Please choose your exact device model before placing your order.

How do I find my iPhone model?

On your iPhone:

Settings → General → About → Model Name

Check this carefully before ordering to ensure you select the correct case.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Because every Pocket Dial case is made especially for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong phone model

  • Choosing the wrong design

  • Change of mind

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect

We'll happily arrange a replacement or refund.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received it

Please check:

  • Around your property

  • With neighbours

  • In any safe places

  • With your local delivery office

If you still can't locate your parcel, contact us and we'll help investigate.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept a range of secure payment methods available at checkout, including major debit and credit cards and other supported payment providers.

Available payment options may vary depending on your location.

Why are your products made to order?

Instead of producing large amounts of stock that may go unused, every Pocket Dial case is made after you place your order.

This helps reduce unnecessary waste while ensuring every product is created specifically for you.
